Our wheelchair broke down with a broken off handle and we needed some titanium rods cut and holes drilled to fix it superficially. David and Richard even made time for us, but then a true old school English gentleman appeared from the back and under his most excellent supervision, we took the wheelchair apart but by bit and found that the other handle was about to go as well. I was then allowed to use the shop's tools to make the cuts to the rods and drill the appropriate holes. Even though I did not proove to be a master mechanic, I was supervised well enough for me to get the job done more than satisfactory. The result is that we now have a set of handles that will not easily brake off again and we now know a lot about the tubing and construction of our wheelchair, which we never knew before. In the end it took about 45 minutes and David refused to let us pay him for using his tools. I have absolutely no doubt that everyone there is great at their job and you will get true and fair assessments for you car repairs, tire changes or anything else you may need. So do not hesitate to to trust in David and Ann Helme Car Sales. These are true hard working English men, who offer the best service you could ask for.
