Great friendly staff, coop card is really good. You can also purchase savings stamps. The only downside is the vegetarian selection.
Helpful staff and convenient self scanners. I like the fact that the staff can approve transactions from behind the counter without having to come over. Nice new shop in convenient community location.
This is a new shop with all the usual Coop goodies. However, please please please - if you are going to provide 4 self check outs then make sure they work. The ones here are slow to recognise items and even slower to realise that youve put them in the bagging area. When you get the dreaded request to await an assistant there isnt anyone to help. Tonight three of the four self checkouts had a red flashing light. In the end I gave up and took my items over to the normal till where a lone assistant was working. I saw others walk out. The management need to get a grip. Other stores do better.
