Very helpful member of staff enabled me to order the correct size in store to collect tomorrow. Otherwise I would have come home and gone online but feeling dissatisfied at not finding item on rack in-store.
Was able to buy 2 tops which I hadn't expected to. Really nice service from Jill who was able to check up on my offers on my Sparks card and saved me 6.
What can you expect from an M&S? The food is top notch (but pricey and a little limited). I haven't bought anything but a belt and socks from the clothes department for approximately 10 years. The staff move at a glacial pace and try to be helpful in a way that only ends up being infuriating.A true staple of the British high street. Long may she continue to be.
The shop is very clean and tidy. There is plenty of choice on offer in all of the departments. The staff are very polite and professional.
