Great studio space with free weights and trx, small but well equipped gym and the staff are brilliant.
Astro surface terrible. Really slippery, especially when wet.
Brilliant sports centre. Car park is small though.
Great sports complex. Plenty of activities and summer programmes. Good gym. Swimming pool. Steam and sauna facilities message large sports hall. The poor thing is that you have to pay for parking so limited but can park elsewhere for The day for three pounds which is a short walk.
