Horrible customer service! These people are calling me twice a day since last week. The worst bit is that the first thing they say is " Hi, I want to speak to the manager!!" Excuse me but you should learn some phone manners and how to present yourself on the phone. I havent heard a company name, to who am I speaking to??? Secondly, they lie a lot like saying that "we have been quoted with them in previous years". I spoke to my manager and he confirmed we havent been quoted for the last 5 years. NOW the bits that makes me very annoyed is that they keep calling when I have told them already 3 times that I CANT passed the call to a manager! My managers dont want to talk to you! I tried to be nice and said to them that if they send an email I will forwarded it to my manager and if he wants he will speak to them. No point, of me trying to be polite, they just ignore it and keep up with the same song over and over again! You are not getting new customers with this kind of customer service!
Salesperson constantly harassing my team with 'old-school' hard sell approach. Even when speaking to my Executive Assistant the caller was rude and would not take no for an answer.
Staff are very rude and unhelpful once they have your money. The company has come with all the reasons under the sun not to up hold a claim. I would not recommend them for any thing that is valuable to be replaced and the claims procedure is designed to be as long as humanly possible. The complaints procedure is even worse!
