Quoted 15 to wash a quilt, took 4 days to wash it, then tried to charge me 20, upon inspecting the quilt it had not been washed properly, it still had an odour of feet and was covered in tiny loose debris which should have come out in the wash, when I complained the owner was very rude, called me 'silly', he offered to re wash it but due to his attitude I declined...I came away feeling angry at his rudeness and disappointed after waiting four days for a bad job, would not recommend.
Extremely disappointing service. Despite contacting the management regarding an issue with a recent wash load whereby clothes came back with more stains than before, no compensation or apology was given. Crisp white tshirts came back with blue ink stains on and fresh coffee stains - clearly created after the wash. Overcharged for this too even though signs in store stated a large load was 12pounds, we ended up paying 15. Highly recommend using a different service.
