Left them with some paperwork to deal with after agreeing a price. Waited almost a year before realising that they had done nothing.Was told the solicitor had left the firm and now another one would deal with the matter. Same job but price changed from 300 to 500.Went into office to check papers. The most important document missing......Took papers from office, went to another solicitors, got job done for 60 pounds.Enough said!!!! Make up your own mind, but my advise would be, dont leave important papers with them if you do use them. Better to give them copies, and also get your quote in writing.
