Staff very helpful, and were very quick serving customers
The Post Office is now upstairs above WH Smith. It's more efficient than the old main post office, but there is still occasionally a ten minute queue. When I had a complicated order involving a money order and a label for a return by special delivery, the whole process was handled in a friendly and efficient manner.
Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. Never had an issue.
Unhelpful, rude and officious staff, with a 'can't do' attitude to customer service.
