Great atmosphere , busy, good selection of drinks ... my Americano was rather strong for my taste . Excellent cakes . Industrial type decor . They have a shop next door selling a vast selection of coffees and teas .... also mugs and various coffee makers . A good experience .
Fabulously pretentious over-designed coffee shop, even by my standards as someone who frequents many of London's best-regarded brewers. Still, the coffee is genuinely very good and the cakes not bad too.
This place has great cakes, baked there daily. The coffee is okay, I'm not a big fan of their espresso but filter coffee is excellent. The prices are expensive, especially for Lancaster.
I'd never been to The Hall before, but I was immediately charmed by the repurposed industrial charm of the venue. Prices were reasonable, the cakes and drinks were very enjoyable, and it was lovely to see a few patrons bringing their well-behaved dogs in with them.
Always good food and coffee here, they are known and have won awards for flat whites.Can get quite busy at lunch but there is some extra seating in a room off the corridor which seems to get forgotten about.Their coconut meringue is worth a try
