This family jeweller brilliantly repaired a highly sentimental ring that was passed down from my mother. This was damaged by another out of town jeweller who was far less professional in resolving the problem they created and was unwilling to correct. Needless to say Firths of Lancaster will get all my family business from now on and they are certainly very trust worthy, kind hearted and understanding. I can sincerely recommend them for service and value for money, this being based on my personal experience.
