We were worried that our gas fire was unsafe. The engineer visited the next day, checked it for gas leaks, serviced it and tested it to make sure it was working safely. Great value service. Highly Recommended
Anthony dismantled our cistern and replaced fill valve and discharge mechanism. This wasn't a straight forward job as with everything in our hell of a house and can see why many tradesman have never called back to complete works. Anthony persevered with all the problems he was faced with professionalism and a lot of patience. He assured us that he would get this fixed for us and that he did! He gave us a very reasonable quote and gave full explanation of what he was doing. He really grafted and didn't even stop for a brew! Removing the cistern from the wall and removing the corroded wing nuts was a challenge on it's own, let alone having to run up and down our extremely steep staircase. After 4 and half years of not having a fully functional working toilet, and failing to find a quality trustworthy tradesman, Anthony really did impress us. We will be contacting him again for future plumbing work and noticed that he also provides a handyman service.
It wasn't a run of the mill problem. I had a pigeon stuck behind a gas fire. They were there in a hour. The gas fire had to be disconnected and removed to get at the pigeon. He did an excellent job. After he'd gone you wouldn't have known he had been there. A professional and friendly service.
I made a call Friday night needing an urgent repair to the main water shutoff valve. After asking if it was an emergency, which it wasn't, the plumber said he would attend my problem as soon as he could the day after. He turned up mid morning and had solved my problem within an hour. Very reasonable price and great work. Highly recommended!
