My husband and I had a great time our room number 1 was excellent staff were very attentive in the dining room and bar a special thank you to Lucy we will certainly book here again when visiting Lancaster keep up the good work.
Really nice bar. We managed to sit near the large front windows on the leather sofas. Great atmosphere in the bar and pleasant staff. Been here each occasion we visit Lancaster as its such a nice bar/restaurant.
I don't know If they where having an off day but everything was bad today...Daughter's diet coke was completely flat and very watery, the batter on my fish was horrible, my partners chicken was very dry, my other daughter's noodles where greasy.Wish we hadn't bothered.On the upside I go in there for a beer and normally really enjoy the place..I hate complaining but it was pretty poor.
Slow service...understaffed.Sunday roast...beef served was uncooked and had to be sent back.At 20 a head, was at best reasonable.Would be happy to pay a little bit more, Ang get efficient service and good food without having to send it back
Love the atmosphere here. Always busy and bustling. Been so many times and never disappointed. Breakfast is so good. The every day menu is well thought out and food always tasty. The offers are always well worth it. And as for the Sunday lunch sharing platter....... that is just to die for. Highly recommended
