Popped in here Saturday night with friends. Nice pub and friendly staff. Later on during the night a notice was placed on the table saying they serve you drinks which was good as it saves you going to the bar. Food looked really good too but on this occasion we werent eating. Good atmosphere ok.
Dropped in for coffee in the afternoon, very quiet at that time, pleasant staff, fascinating building - much bigger on the inside than it seems from the outside!
Lovely atmosphere, the sort of boozer you could take your Mum to. Good service and nice range of ales. Handy and central location.
Stayed at this absolutely stunning hotel, and I can't fault anything about it. The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you, the food was beautiful and so was our room. The surroundings are also so lovely and our weekend was jam packed with things to do, day and night! Can not wait to come back!
Very interesting and historic building, which has been nicely done up. The bar serves interesting beers and other drinks and the staff are very friendly. The bedroom was perfect and the breakfast magnificent.
