Great value for money, great location
The place itself was lovely, and the owner was pleasant and very helpful, but I was woken up at 4am by railway maintenance blokes cutting branches down with a chainsaw :( right outside my window.
Very welcoming and homely, slept like a log. Trains didn't bother me one bit even with window open all night.

Great guesthouse. Free parking which is rare in Lancaster. Very handy for train. Nice room and very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Great overnight stay
