Was extremely hot weather but they did whatthry could to help cool the room down. Really good service and helpful staff. Great location and a bigger car park just up the road with cheap parking. Lots of fantastic little eating places and a Wetherspoons just next door do a perfect breakfast. Absolutely fantastic place I loved it and my room had views of the castle

I really like this hotel, it's really convenient for town and for the university. It's easy walking distance of the train station and the main bus stops too.The staff are amazing. They couldn't be more helpful. That's really what makes the place!No restaurant here, so only breakfast boxes served- but plenty of cafs close by.
Friendly staff but as for the location people leaving clubs and restaurants police car going pass through all night plus glass bottles smashing in the early hours. First we found hair all over the bath then after cleaning the bath to find more hair clogging the plug hole.
