If I could give 0 stars I would! NEVER BUY A PROPERTY FROM HERE! After having an offer accepted on a house and doing everything the vendor had asked us to do, including book and pay for a survey, the property got put back on the market and a viewing took place without us knowing - a cash offer then came in over the weekend and the vendor accepted their offer (despite it being lower than what we had offered) We are now left out of pocket and without a house through no fault of our own!! Fisher Wrathall have said it was their fault and it shouldnt have happened but yet they let it! We are furious and all we got was a measly were sorry but there is nothing else we can now doNEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! EVER! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LIVES RUINING

I bought a property marketed by Fisher Wrathall at the end of the season. Olivia was ok in the beginning but got increasingly rude and snappy towards me. If I didn't have extreme willpower to purchase the particular property, the sale would have fallen through just for poor behaviour.PS: I am a real (dis-satisfied) customer and I have no obligation to use my real name. Indeed I have used a pseudonym and will supply details to Google if they wish to check. I love it when Fisher Wrathall call a customer fake when they complain. Tells you everything you need to know about this company. AVOID!!!
I would not hesitate to recommend Fisher wrathall in Lancaster, we were renting a bungalow in Lancaster and were informed that the landlord was selling the property and panic set in but the lovely Katie who works at the Lancaster office helped us every step of the way , she found us another bungalow within a week and sorted everything out for us we are truly grateful thank you Katie from Sylvia and Paul x
