If you have standards then avoid Martin & Co Lancaster. Don't expect the property to have been cleaned prior to getting the keys. If you have issues with the property expect to wait weeks, even months, for repairs to be carried out! Filthy carpets, damaged flooring, disgusting dirty oven, no instructions for the boiler or alarm system, no working smoke alarm for 2 months... these are just a 'few' of the issues I had. Never have I rented from such a poor letting agent.
Martin & Co have been great agents, always friendly, helpful and on hand whenever I need anything. Overall theyve responded quickly to any problems that have arisen. Thanks Usman & Mark for always being so friendly and helpful
Overall it was a pleasure working with Martin & Co. The agent I worked with was Usman Gulab, who far exceeded the typical customer service and went out of his way to make sure I moved into the apartment I wanted. All my concerns and questions were answered clearly, sympathetically and speedily. Extremely satisfied with the assistance I received. I highly recommend.
