I am so glad Gareth from SHL ignored my mails twice, and thus I decided to rent from a different company! He also cancelled our Skype viewing twice in a row although my timetable was very flexible and we were trying to arrange it for some weeks.I noticed some quite unprofessional details on their website and during my conversations with Gareth. By reading the reviews here I confirmed my suspisions and that staying away from them was one of the best decisions I 've ever made.I also noticed that the 5-star reviews are from profiles that have only one review (I'd bet most of them are fake ones). Well, that's at least a way to not drop below a 2 out of 5 rating.
I forgot my keys at home on new years Day and the staff was still willing to travel all the way back to Lancaster in order to open the doors for me. Always have been helpful and I would recommend students students check out their properties !!
